2012 Annual Income Limits Released

The 2012 Annual Income Limits are effective as of December 1, 2011.

2012 HOME Rent Limits Available

The new HOME Rent Limits for 2012 will go into effect on February 9, 2012.

Program Year 2010 CAPER submitted to HUD

The City of Tulsa submitted the Program Year 2010 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) on December 29, 2011. The CAPER is a report required by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which details the accomplishments toward meeting the goals outlined in the City's Consolidated Plan. This report covers the period from October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011.

Substantial Amendment to the Annual Action Plans for 2008, 2009 and 2010

The proposed Amendments to the City of Tulsa Annual Action Plans for Program Years 2008, 2009 and 2010 under the CDBG grant programs affect the construction of the Shoppes on Peoria Project. These amendments are necessary to complete The Shoppes on Peoria project and expend CDBG funds on a timely basis. The amendment is available for a 30-day public review and comment period from November 29, 2011 through December 28, 2011. All comments should be submitted in writing to the attention of Grants Administration, 175 East 2nd Street, Suite 480, Tulsa, OK 74103, e-mailed to grantsadmin@cityoftulsa.org or faxed to (918) 699-3523.

Second Program Year Action Plan submitted to HUD

The City of Tulsa submitted the Second Program Year Action Plan on August 15, 2011. The Plan for fiscal year 2011-2012 serves as an application to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program.
